The Last Story Sales Update

If you’re an avid reader of gameonnintendo (and why should’t you be… We are awesome and have the heart to be giving away a FREE NINTENDO 3DS), you already know how in love we are with Mistwalkers The Last Story. We have been praying for a worldwide release for some time but have yet to hear any solid details.

If sales are any indication of how well the title will be received, we may be in luck. Initial shipments of the game have already sold out overseas and the demand for the recently released RPG is quite high (Nintendo has already gone on record stating that the 2nd wave of shipments is already on its way to retail).

So… with this said, we would all LOVE to experience your newly released game Nintendo… With all the money that the title is getting, I am certain you can afford a decent translator and bring us this game. Localize it!

Nintendo Wii: Michael Jackson review

This is why I love the Nintendo Wii. I was perusing my facebook page recently and I noticed something funny… A friend form high school, who I would not pin as a gamer, kept updating her status and always seemed to be Wii related… When I noticed that she received 5 stars on Michael Jackson’s thriller, I asked her to do a little write up on the title and she was thrilled. She loves her Nintendo Wii and has flocked towards the fitness and dance titles and this is what she had to say about the Michael Jackson game:

Nintendo DS: Inazuma Eleven released in UK

With all the “hoopla” of the Nintendo 3DS circling the internet these days, it may be easy to set aside our current DS’s and get prepared for the shiny new Nintendo 3DS… Enter Inazuma Eleven, Level 5’s hugely popular Japanese football RPG. The title has officially been released in the UK for Nintendo DS and gamers are in for a real treat!

The main character, Mamoru Endou, is a very talented goalkeeper and the grandson of one of the strongest goalkeepers in Japan who supposedly died before he was born. Even though his skills and enthusiasm are incredible his school lacks a real soccer club as the six other members don’t appear very interested even in training. One day, when a mysterious forward named Gouenji moves to Endou’s town, the young goalkeeper sets out to find and recruit members for his soccer team. Serious stuff for a soccer title but apparently it really just fits together. The Japanese have fallen in love with the series and now it appears it’s the UK’s turn.

There are nearly 1000 playable characters with varying skills that will determine the success of the team. As you play through the story, Endou can recruit various characters on the team and help achieve his ultimate goal of competing in the Football Frontier tournament.

It almost sounds like a soccer title mixed with Final Fantasy tactics. This one has definitely piqued my interest. All of our wonderful UK readers be sure to purchase Inazuma Eleven here.
