PS Vita: Rayman Origins Review

Like its console counterpart, Rayman Origins for PS Vita is a game that needs to be experienced in order to truly appreciate what an outstanding game it really is. Rayman Origins is one of the best platformers of all time and has an imaginative art style that outshines previous games in the genre and is drop dead gorgeous on the PS Vita’s OLED screen.

Kid Icarus: Uprising features Friend List ‘Join’ Feature

Kid Icarus: Uprising, the highly anticipated Nintendo 3DS title, features the Friend List ‘Join’ feature and should be easy as pie to connect with your buddies online. Check out what Nintendo had to say about the game:

Playing Online

When using the internet to play with people from all over the world, you can choose to play with your friends, or against random players.

Playing With Friends

This option lets you play with any of the friends you have registered on your Nintendo 3DS system. You can also choose to allow your friends’ friends to play with you as well. Your friends can also choose to join you when you’re playing a game by using the Friend List on the Nintendo 3DS’s HOME menu. Note that they can not immediately join in a game that’s in progress. Instead they will be taken to the lobby to wait for the next game to begin.

Lumines: Electronic Symphony Review

If you’re buying a PlayStation Vita, purchase Lumines: Electronic Symphony. It is what we have come to know and love about the series and is extremely addicting with its bevy of unlockables, simple and creative gameplay and all around entertaining puzzler. The game dazzles players with a wide array of sounds and colorful backgrounds and had me coming back for more.

Kindle Fire Case Review

I recently purchased a Kindle Fire for my beautiful wife along with a couple of Kindle Fire accessories; one of which was a protective purple case. Here is her review for the accessory:

The purple Kindle fire case is in a word is perfect. I really wanted to find something feminine but not too flashy and looks wise this case is both professional yet its my favorite color-purple!

This case truly fits the Kindle Fire like a glove. I have honestly not taken my kindle out of this case once since I’ve had it. It never gets in the way of the buttons I need to access on either end of my Kindle fire nor does it interfere with the touch screen. The best part is I can even keep the case on while I’m charging my kindle- which i know is an issue with some tablet devices. It is almost like a picture frame that my kindle fits into perfectly yet it has a velcro flap that wraps around the side of the device and secures it in place. The velcro flap does not scratch the kindle at all and I never worry about it detaching and my kindle slipping out. It holds the device very snuggly in place.

The other feature I like is the way the case shuts. It closes just like a book and has a magnet to hold the case shut. The only thing i would really love is if the magnet was just slightly tighter so my kids couldn’t open it so easily- but the case is still perfect in my opinion. I absolutely love this Kindle Fire accessory and would recommend it to anyone.
