Full Roster Confirmed For PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale

Twenty characters have been confirmed for the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale roster. On Twitter, PlayStation Blog senior social media specialist Sid Shuman stated the following regarding the game:

“We have revealed the full launch lineup of characters.”

20 characters is nothing to be ashamed about but expect many more characters to be headed to the brawler via DLC. I fully plan on getting this for the PS Vita (with cross buy/cross play program) later this year.

Wii U eShop Very Promising

Trine 2 producer Lauri Hyvärinen has revealed that he has seen the Wii U eShop and says that it is very promising. Hyvärinen also went on to say that Nintendo is taking its online experience very seriously with Wii U, but couldn’t elaborate on the subject any further. While the Wii U eShop still remains a mystery, it is very promising to hear details like this. Here is his quote regarding the store:

“Nintendo is taking online very seriously with Wii U. Everything we have seen and heard about the Wii U eShop sounds very promising.”

He also revealed what he wants from Nintendo’s online store on Wii U. “Our hopes as developers are quite simple: inexpensive updating and easy certification process. That’s really it. If the Wii U eShop can deliver either one of these, or even both, then we will be very happy!”

I will be downloading Trine 2 day 1 Lauri Hyvärinen.
