Another day and another rumor for Nintendo… This new rumor points to another Nintendo Direct possibly popping up later this week. An “industry insider” on Reset Era has stated that we should expect a short Nintendo Direct on January 18th (which is this Thursday). The Direct is expected to be smaller in length to the Nintendo Direct Mini which took place last week. We expect more details hopefully soon, so keep it here.

On January 16th Sega will reveal…. Well…. Something…. The company tweeted out this image (above) and left us to imagine what is incoming. I can honestly say I have no idea what they will announce and I haven’t heard anything on this mysterious announcement. It could be an all new game or something different all together. A little while back, the company showed some signs that they would be releasing a “Dreamcast” system similar to what Nintendo has been doing with this SNES Mini and NES Mini consoles.
Thankfully, we won’t have to wait too much longer so stay tuned.
In case you missed Nintendo’s stealthy Nintendo Direct Mini, be sure to watch the video above and see what was announced during the presentation. Everything from Dark Souls to Donkey Kong to a new Mario Tennis was shown, so watch the Nintendo Direct Mini above.
It was a good presentation but has me thinking there may be more… What do you guys think?
Here is the first look (in video form) of the Rainway app. The app allows users to play PC games on the go and is apparently on its way to Nintendo Switch amongst other devices. It sure does look pretty amazing and if it works as advertised in this video, this may become something special.
We will keep our eye on it… Stay tuned.
Gunhouse is described as being a “goofy puzzle-meets-tower defense game” by its developers. This Nintendo Switch indie is headed to the system on January 15th and was originally released on the PlayStation Mobile (Vita) platform in 2014. It seems pretty interesting if you ask me… I’m not fully sold on it though.
What do you guys think?
