No other platforms have been announced but I am really hoping Nintendo gets their act together and makes Rockstar release this on Wii U (LEGO City makes AWESOME use of the gamepad and GTA V would be amazing with the Gamepad).

A promotional poster has confirmed that the next title in the Call of Duty franchise is indeed called Call of Duty: Ghosts. The release date for the highly anticipated title will be on November 5, 2013.
The promotional poster comes just 24 hours after Activision began teasing the game on its official site and marks our first confirmation of Call of Duty: Ghosts release date.

Nyamyam, the development team created by a small number of ex-Rare employees, has officially announced that they are bringing Tengami to the Wii U eShop. The developers believe that the nature of the game makes it a perfect fit for the Wii U GamePad.
