Are Achievements Headed to Switch?

Are Achievements Headed to the Nintendo Switch? Well according to an indie developer, they just may! The developer behind the upcoming Nintendo Switch game, Lichtspeer, has recently participated in a Reddit Ask Me Anything thread. During the AMA Tom Tomaszewski from Crunching Koalas seems to have accidentally let slip that an achievement system is coming to Nintendo’s latest system. Rumors are pointing to an all new Nintendo Direct so maybe these achievements will make an appearance.

Of course, mark this all down as RUMOR for now BUT, we would be delighted if this pans out to be true. More as it develops.

New Nintendo Direct Incoming?

According to a brand new rumor floating around, Nintendo will be set to announce an all new Nintendo Direct for Wednesday, September 13th. This rumor stems from the source who originally leaked that L.A. Noire is headed to the Nintendo Switch. It seems like Nintendo is about due for an all new Nintendo Direct, so we think it will be highly likely we will see something this month….Whether that will be on September 13th will remain a mystery (at least for a little while) but you can bet we will report it once the news hits.

Rocket League – Nintendo Battle Cars Trailer

Mario, Luigi, and Metroid-themed Battle-Cars are coming to Rocket League on Nintendo Switch in winter 2017. The new Nintendo Battle Cars trailer showcases the magnificent new Rocket League additions, so check out the video above. Although I LOVE both the Mario and Luigi themed cars, Metroid Samus’ gunship takes the cake!

Check it out and let us know what you think. I am thrilled that Rocket League is headed to the Nintendo Switch and will be “double dipping” when it’s released later this year.
