In case you missed my latest upload featuring the Nintendo Switch, be sure to check out the video above! My YouTube channel has been filling up with all things Nintendo Switch, so be sure to head over there and subscribe to the channel. In this video, I discuss how the system can be an advertising DREAM for Nintendo and I would LOVE to hear what you guys have to say. I break down how many Switch systems will be “out in the wild” (I have already seen 4 people playing their systems in public) and how that can, in turn, be a HUGE marketing/advertising tool for the big N.
Check it out everyone and let me know what you think. Enjoy.
Hardware sales from Japan are in and (as expected), the Nintendo Switch sits on top of the sales chart. The newly released system shifted nearly 62K units and enjoyed great sales around the globe. The PS4 moved 35K and the 3DS rounded out the top 3.
In case you missed my latest YouTube upload, I unboxed the Nintendo Switch console! If you want to check out my official unboxing, check out the video above and give it a watch. Check out what I walked away with and be sure to let me know what you guys picked up. If you’re feeling awesome, be sure to subscribe to the channel.
Enjoy my unboxing for the Nintendo Switch everyone.
If you have managed to snag a NES classic edition, you already know that the system is in dire need of a extension for its controller. The much sought after system, comes packed with 30 classic Nintendo games but didn’t quite pack the same punch when it came to controller length. While we hope you are enjoying some of the most memorable classics for the NES, the 3 foot controller cord length quickly became a nuisance. Enter My Arcade’s wireless controller. A prefect companion for your hard-to-find NES Classic.
How does this wireless controller fair? Read on and find out!
Gamestop has gone on record stating that the Nintendo Switch was a massive success as a new console launch. GameStop Senior Director of Merchandising, Eric Bright, has given his views on how the launch went up and down GameStop’s throughout North America. Here is what he had to say regarding the systems launch:
“Stores across the country last night were packed with customers who couldn’t wait to get their hands on the brand new Nintendo Switch. We even had customers lining up as early as yesterday morning so that they could be one of the lucky ones to score one of the additional units for our walk-in customers. This is one of the strongest and most successful gaming console launches for GameStop in the last several years. For those fans who are still looking for the Nintendo Switch, don’t worry–we’re getting more. And, we’re pretty sure that there are a lot of gaming fans who pulled all-nighters last night playing their new Switch, and who also called in sick to work today with ‘game-fluenza’ just to stay home and play even more.”
Great news for Nintendo. Keep it here as we give you up to the date Nintendo Switch information. Stay tuned!
Hello again everyone and welcome to another video. This one displays a much needed wireless controller for the NES Mini (from MyArcade), so be sure to check out this Unboxing! Thanks to MyArcade for sending this out and be sure to stay tuned for a full review of the product. The NES Mini’s normal controller only gives gamers 3 feet of cable, so something like this

SuperData Research has gone on record stating that Nintendo’s latest home console, Nintendo Switch, could go on to sell over 5 million units in 2017 alone. The company also believes that it will be the devout Nintendo fans buying the console initially but it could well open up to mainstream appeal due to its innovative nature. Here is what they had to say regarding the system:
“The biggest challenge for Nintendo is to convince console gamers to purchase the Switch as a second device, as many have already committed to a PlayStation 4 (53.4 million installed base, worldwide) or Xbox One (26 million).
“Asking $300 for a new console without a bundled game is a comparatively higher barrier to entry for consumers, considering that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are already discounted and come with a free game.”
Sounds good to me. I can see it happening pretty easily actually. They have already announced that their initial 2 million should be quite scarce…. Only 3 million units to shift from now until the end of the year!
In case you missed all the sweet “Nindie” titles that are headed to Nintendo Switch, check out the video above and give it a watch. As we all know, the Nintendo Switch is set to launch this Friday, March 3rd and we are cautiously optimistic about the system (I can’t wait but I PRAY that this system does well at retail).
Indie titles looks like they will have a huge presence on Nintendo’s next home console, Nintendo Switch, so only time will tell if this huge presence will pay off.
These games do look very interesting to say the least.
