Spanish retailer XtraLife has officially listed “The Last of Us Complete Edition” for PlayStation 4. A June 19 release date is included on the game’s product page, though has yet to be confirmed by Sony. The Last of Us was one of PS3′s stunning titles and a PS4 “complete” edition would be welcomed indeed.

Despite these new registrations, there hasn’t been any confirmation that Sony intends to produce an actual film based on The Last of Us.

Here is the second official TV spot for Sony’s impressive The Last of Us. This stunning commercial aired Friday, May 10th, 2013.
The Last of Us is genre-defining experience blending survival and action elements to tell a character driven story about a population decimated by a modern plague. Cities are abandoned and being reclaimed by nature. Remaining survivors are killing each other for food, weapons and whatever they can find. Joel, a ruthless survivor, and Ellie, a young teenage girl who’s braver and wiser beyond her years, must work together to survive their journey across what remains of the United States.

Was the PS4 Release Date Revealed?
The Last of Us, Sony PS3′s stand out title for this year, may be teasing the release date of their upcoming home console, PS4. If we check out the image above, October 17th 2013 (2 days before my birthday mind you), is clearly stated on the board as the date for evacuation. Perhaps this is when Sony’s next home console the PS4 will launch?
I know it may sound a little far-fetched, but Naughty Dog has teased announcements within their games before, so maybe there is something here. Mark this down as a rumor but maybe someone has decided to let the PS 4 release date slip.

This just in; The Last of Us is officially delayed to June 14. The game was previously scheduled to be released on May 7 but has now been delayed five weeks. The June 14 release date is worldwide and gamers can expect to get their hands on the highly anticipated title then.
In a statement issued by Naughty Dog, the developer stated:
“As a team we pride ourselves on setting a very high quality bar for every aspect of our games–gameplay, story, art, design, technology and more. We want to make sure The Last of Us raises that bar even further – for ourselves, and most importantly, our fans.”
