Nintendo has announced that they will be releasing an all new lineup of Nintendo Select titles for Wii U, Wii and 3DS. The image above provides the insight as to what games are headed to each Nintendo platform and will now retail for $29.99. The new Nintendo Select titles will sport red-boredered boxart and will be out next month.
Super Mario Galaxy fans rejoice; the outstanding video game that graced the original Wii system has now been rated by the ESRB for the Wii U. The games excellent sequel, Super Mario Galaxy 2, has been available on the Wii U via its Virtual console but it appears as though the original will now be headed to the system. Both Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 are some of my favorite games of all time (yes, ALL TIME) so this would be a welcomed download on my Wii U system.

While perusing my local Target, I noticed that The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword is currently $19.99 in store. Currently the game retails for $49.99 online so be sure to head into your local Target for this amazing deal.
I personally found this Zelda to be one of the best and at $19.99, you really can’t go wrong.
A few weeks ago, we found out about Nintendo’s plans to discontinue the Wii in Japan. As of today, the move has been made official (in Japan).
Nintendo’s official Wii page says that the console has been discontinued. Going forward, the company will no longer produce and distribute new units in Japan. Here’s hoping that the Wii U will start to take off.
